If you're not entirely satisfied with your Comfeet order, please reach out to us. We're committed to ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied with the products they've purchased from us. Whether it's a minor issue with the product or a question about the company, you can contact us the same way to address your concerns.

How do I return all or part of my order?

If you choose to return products to us within 30 days, please note that we'll process the entire order for refund within 5 days of receiving the returned product. However, we are unable to reimburse the cost of returning the product.

Here's how the return process works for all products:

  1. Email us at info@wearcomfeet.com to inform us of your intention to return the order or part of it.
  2. Confirm with our customer service if we can accept the return.
  3. If the return is accepted (within the designated timeframe), follow the instructions below. Securely pack the returned product in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
  5. Provide the tracking code to our customer service.
  6. Once we receive and inspect your package within 3 days of receipt, we'll refund the returned products using the original payment method.

 

Products damaged upon arrival

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, it may have been mishandled during transit. If you've received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it, and we'll arrange for its return.

For damaged items, please email us a photo of the damaged part of the product. It's best to take the photos on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible. We'll provide further instructions based on the information provided.

For defective items, we'll always send a replacement free of charge for the first occurrence. If the defect persists after the first replacement, we'll issue a full refund.
